responsible for managing Select's business operations. With over 7
year's recruitment experience, Gerard's role encompasses business
growth, compliance and performance management which leads Gerard to
work with clients at both a national and local level.
After 10 years in the Armed Forces at an operational level and
then joining a global recruitment company as a consultant, Gerard
brings strong business acumen and a committed and outcome focused
approach to delivering exceptional performance in his role of
Director.
